Tips for Printing Digital Downloads
Once you purchase a digital download and download it to your computer, upload it to the printer of your choice. Keep in mind each printer uses a different formula of ink, and depending on the paper you choose, the color and finish will vary. We recommend printing on matter paper. Due to the nature of the artwork, large scale prints may vary.

Where is my download?
You will receive your download through email once your payment is processed. If you do not receive your download, please contact us at info@northandfinch.com.
How long will my digital download be available?
You have 30 days to save your file before it expires.
Where do you recommend I frame my print?
You can find vintage frames at thrift stores or antique shops. Hobby Lobby and Michale's are great options for custom framing (TIP: Pair an affordable frame with a custom mat for an elevated look). Our favorite affordable frames are from Target and Ikea.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our products are made to order, we don't accept refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.
When will I receive my print order?
What is the largest I can print a digital file?
You can use our fine art print sizes as a reference for print size. We only print in sizes that retain the original quality of the image. If you wish to make it larger than the biggest size we print at, you may experience quality loss.
