ABOUT THE ARTIST - HEATHER HOWARD

Heather Howard is a personal friend, and we couldn't be more honored to debut her gorgeous film photographs in our shop. She knows her stuff and it shows in the beauty and quality of her work.

Heather is a film photography purist. She describes shooting with film as a collaborative yet intimate process. She feels that film offers its own voice, providing unique color, grain, texture, and light.
Because of her deep love and understanding of film, Heather is able to not only capture an image, but the emotion of the moment as well. Her work draws you in and Heather hopes the viewer leaves feeling connected to her soft and simplistic collections.
Heather has refined her style over the years. After receiving a Bachelor’s of Fine Art in Film Photography at Utah State University, she worked in New York City as an assistant photographer in high fashion. She was also the manager of a prestigious film photography studio. She has been a wedding and family portrait photographer, but currently finds the most inspiration in photographing nature, especially while traveling with her husband and two beautiful daughters.

Our fine art giclee prints and photographs are professionally framed with an archival UV plexi-glass and come ready to hang on your wall with a hanging wire.

Fine Art Giclee Prints can be framed with a 3” white mat, or without.

If a mat is selected, the final frame size will be the selected size.

Frame and Print sizing with mats are as follows:

8x10 = 8x10 Frame with 5x7 print + 3” mat

11x14 = 11x14 Frame with 8x10 print + 3” mat

16x20 = 16x20 Frame with 13x17 print + 3” mat

20x30 = 20x30 Frame with 17x27 print + 3” mat

24x36 = 24x36 Frame with 21x33 print + 3” mat

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

You will receive your download through email once your payment is processed. If you do not receive your download, please contact us at info@northandfinch.com.

Once you purchase a digital download and download it to your computer, you can upload it to the printing site of your choice. Keep in mind each printer uses a different formula of ink, and depending on the paper you choose, the color and finish will vary. We recommend printing on matte paper. Due to the nature of the artwork, large scale prints may vary in quality.
