Traditonal Wallpaper
INSTALL GUIDE
1. Prep Your Surface
Using a damp cloth, clean the surface and allow to dry completely. Make sure the walls and/or boards are smooth, solid, dry and free of mold or algae.
Properly prime surface with suitable wallpaper primer. For painted drywall, we recommend Roman PRO-909 VINYL PREP® Clear Wallpaper Primer.
NOTE: Freshly painted walls need at least 2 weeks to properly cure before installing wallpaper.
3. Layout Your Panels
Lay out the panels before you start in order to verify the positioning of the wallpaper panels.
NOTE: Our panels do not shrink over time and therefore do not require an overlap when installing. Panels should be placed side by side.
5. Repeat
Once you have properly installed the first panel, continue placing the next pieces one at a time, aligning each seam against the other, being sure not to overlap.
Again, ensure that you quickly use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe up any extra paste from the seams or paper.
For best results, use a seam roller to ensure proper adherence and a smooth look.
